Harkers set to return to the British Homing World Show of the Year

The Harkers team are looking forward to exhibiting at the British Homing World Show of the Year on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st January at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.

The team will be launching two new and exclusive products to the Harkers range: Harka-Dip & 4 in 1 Soluble. Visitors to the show have the chance to be the first to learn about the new products and will be able to purchase at the event and before the products go on sale through the trade and on our website.

New Products Showcasing at the British Homing World Show 2018

  • Harka-Dip is a revolutionary new dip developed specifically for pigeons to promote good plumage as well as treat and prevent infection from ectoparasites including lice, fleas and mites. Economical and easy to use, just dilute with water and place the bird in the solution – the process should only take  seconds to administer.
  • 4 in 1 Soluble has been developed to treat and prevent canker, coccidiosis, worms and external parasites in racing pigeons via their drinking water. With one bottle treating 50 birds and costing less than 40p per treatment, 4 in 1 Soluble is quick and simple to use, reducing the need for multiple administering of medicines.

Visitors to the show can take advantage of an exclusive 10% discount on Harkers products when presenting the voucher below. The voucher is also available  in the British Homing World magazine published in the lead up to the show.

Alongside the launch of Harka-Dip and 4 in 1 Soluble, Harkers’ veterinary advisor Professor John E Cooper FRCVS will be on the stand both days to answer any healthcare related questions from fanciers. Professor Cooper has many years’ experience of working with birds and is the author of a number of books and articles on avian medicine. He will have a microscope on hand at the show and is willing to look at droppings, feathers and other samples from fancier’s birds – at a nominal fee of only £5 per sample, call us on 01284 761131 to pre-book your pigeon healthcare check at the show.

The Blackpool show is a firm favourite with the Harkers team and we have been supporting the Blackpool show for many years – we look forward to meeting old and new customers at this year’s event.
